PACBA AGM 2026

We’re pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Prince Albert Community Basketball Association, where we’ll reflect on the past year, share future plans, and hear from you—our valued members.

Location: PA Aerials Gymnastics Center (1150 3 Ave W) - PACBA Entrance (Entrance at the top of the ramp through the single door)

 

The AGM is a great opportunity to:

Board of Directors: This year we have up to 3 Board of Director Positions to fill with roles that could include President, Treasurer, Vice-President. As part of our Governance board board members meet a minimum of every 3 months with meetings typically lasting up to 1 hour. If you have any further questions regarding putting your name forward for a role on the Board of Directors, don’t hesitate to reach out.

 

Please indicate your intention to run for a position on the Board of Directors by replying to this email by August 23, 2026. Please include your reason(s) for interest, preference of role, and any experience or qualities that you feel you would bring to the board. We will not be accepting nominations from the floor at the AGM.

 

Your voice matters, and we’d love to have as many members as possible attend. Whether you’re a player, coach, parent, or supporter, your input helps shape the future of our club.
